Dave's "Tropicana con Panna" at Café Demitasse

I dropped into Café Demitasse downtown yesterday to catch up with Dave who had just competed in the Big Western Regional Barista competition. He kindly whipped up one of his incredibly delicious signature drinks, which is also vegan. 


Tropicana Con Panna - Espresso, date syrup and coconut whipped cream garnished with kumquat peel.


Unfortunately for Los Angeles, tomorrow is Dave's last day working at Demitasse before he moves to Portland. Good luck on your journey, Dave!
